Before that, I was COO for DIGIT. DIGIT is Ireland’s largest games developer and the creator of free-to-play, mobile, strategy MMO games. It's developing its second title, based on a phenomenal IP. I oversaw production and HR. Most of my time was spent working with the leadership team to re-organise production and to help the studio plan and execute better. I also helped build an HR function.
Before that, I co-founded Rescover. Rescover lets you easily discover things you love (TV shows, movies, games & music) and reminds you when, and where they come out. We built and launched Rescover on iOS, Apple Watch, Android and the web in a short period of time, with minimal self-funding.
We saw good levels of engagement and were featured in ‘best new apps’ by Apple. I was involved in all areas of building and launching Rescover – product roadmap, feature design / testing, analytics, content, marketing, user acquisition etc.

Before that, I was General Manager of Moshi Monsters for Mind Candy . Moshi Monsters is an online game for kids, with over 80 million sign-ups. It stretches across the world of music, mobile, video, toys, film, cartoons, books and much more. I led the stabilisation of subscribers and significantly grew profitability of the studio.
Before that, I was Chief Operating Officer and VP of RuneScape for Jagex (UK’s largest independent games developer and publisher). Whilst I was at Jagex, I was instrumental in growing RuneScape into the world’s largest free-to-play MMORPG and helping to build Jagex into a 500 person company.
I also led the reversal of a 3 year decline in RuneScape subscribers and significantly grew the profitability of the studio by introducing micro-transactions.
I co-founded AtLarge Nutrition, a sports supplement, ecommerce company in 2008. We developed a 10+ product line, won several awards and built a profitable company. In 2010, I sold my stake and stepped away from the business to return to Jagex. My co-founder still runs the business profitably today.
